Post-prandial hypoglycaemia (PPH) can be associated with debilitating symptoms. Causes include altered physiology post-bariatric and upper gastrointestinal (GI) surgery and rarely noninsulinoma pancreatogenous hypoglycemia syndrome and insulin antibodies.
